Karthik Arumugam

Karthik is the Founder and Chief Product Officer at Porter Labs, where he previously held the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. He spent over two decades in the fields of network engineering, software engineering, and information security. Some of his career highlights include developing one of the industry's first SDN products, SureRoute IP, at Akamai in the early 2000s, and building out Dialpad's global IP network and datacenter infrastructure from scratch. In his current role, he is leading the productization and rollout of PupStation, the patent-pending AI enrichment technology for dogs that he invented.

Karthik is based in Portland, OR, and San Francisco, CA. He can often be found dispersed camping deep in the forest with his field-line Labrador Retriever, Porter.
